Hey, don’t clean your house before and after a party! Have it at BHSC!

Party Reservations start on January 1st each year.

Party bookings will not be allowed on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, or the Sunday before Labor Day. There will be no reservation of tables either. Cabana reservations will include one picnic table per cabana.

Stop by the front desk once the club opens and speak with one of our managers to schedule your next party.

Burton Hollow Swim Club Party Rules and Guidelines

  • Parties of 10 or more people require advanced booking.
  • Members are required to provide a guest list on the form provided prior
    to the start of the party.
  • Members are responsible for paying guest fees the DAY OF THE PARTY.
  • Guest fee: $6 Daily
  • ALL guests must have a waiver on file, filled out by the GUEST.
  • Members are responsible for informing their guests of the sign-in
    procedures at the front desk.
  • Members will be paged over the public address system to inform them of
    their guest’s arrival. Members will be responsible for meeting their guests at the front desk and escorting them to the party site.
  • Members are responsible for the communication and observance of all
    club rules and regulations by their guests.
  • Failure of rule compliance by either guests or hosts can result in potential removal from the club for both the guest and the host, and/or a ban on future party reservations

Please inform your guests of the following:

  • No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the club (bottles, crock pots, serving dishes, etc.)
  • Club refrigerators, freezers, snack bar equipment are not available for use. Bagged ice is available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Children must be toilet trained to use the main pool. No swim diapers are allowed in the main pool.
  • Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper or rubber pants at all times in the children’s pool.
  • Driving motorized vehicles on the grass is prohibited. All party items must be carried from the parking lot to the party site. Wagons are available at the front gate for your use, if needed.
  • If you have tents, moonwalks, or other items that require driving on the grass, this must be done before the club opens with permission from the Manager on staff.
